Rare Antique Scottish Skean Dhu / Sgian-Dubh Knife
 
Date circa 1830 / 40. Unmarked silver mounts. Blade marked Boog. Typical carved bog oak grip with silver pins and mounts. The end with pink foil backed stone. In very good condition. The Boog family were Edinburgh cutlers working between 1748 and 1859. Total length 20.5 cm.
