Rare 18th / 19th century Tribal Fijian Gugu dance club
 
Interesting example of a rare Fijian club carved to resemble the form of the butterfly fish. Mostly originating from Nadroga district.
 
Condition – Hole to shaft, not sure if original. Chips to each side of the top of the head. Glossy patina, signs of great age.
