Antique 19th C. Gold Mounted Carved Lava Memento Mori Brooch Dated 1850
 
In good condition, engraved to the reverse, "In memory of Sarah Cullingworth who died November 11th 1849 and H E Cullingworth who died March 6th 1850". High carat gold, unmarked. The lava panel is mounted on black enamel. 33mmx 27mm, weight 10.4 grams.
