19th C. North Indian Shamshir with Wootz blade
 
Steel hilted North Indian Shamshir with Ivory scales. The blade we believe is Wootz, with faint marking to the blade, as shown. 
Condition - dark stained blade which is uncleaned, crack to one of the ivory scales
Dimensions – overall length 98 cm, blade length 85.5 cm.
